The service team is helpful and does follow up, which I appreciate. However, the delivery service is consistently slow-even with paid fast delivery options, delays still occur. This is my second order, and I’ve experienced the same issue both times. Despite this, the product itself is amazing and worth it. Highly recommend, but be prepared for the wait!
